  • How many different Zoho One plans are available?

    Zoho offer two plans to choose from:


    Flexible User Pricing


    Zoho offer Flexible User Pricing at US$90 per user per month, or US$75 per user per month with an annual subscription. This means you can buy any number of user licenses-you do not have to purchase licenses for ALL employees.


    All Employee Pricing


    Zoho offers the All Employee Pricing at a special price of US$35 per employee per month, or US$30 per employee per month with an annual subscription, provided you purchase licenses for ALL employees in the company.

  • Do I need to buy a Zoho One license for every employee in my organization?

    No, you can purchase however many Zoho One licenses you need under the Flexible User Pricing plan. The requirement of buying a license for every employee in your organization only applies to the All Employee Pricing plan. 

  • Why did Zoho introduce the Flexible User pricing plan?

    This was in response to market and customer needs.  Zoho had some companies approaching them saying that they really wanted to use Zoho One but in some cases they only required access for some of their employees, and in other cases the commitment required the agreement of multiple decision makers, so the decision was being held up. Now companies like these can buy Zoho One only for those employees who need it. This flexibility comes at a different price point.

  • Which pricing model do you suggest I choose?

    If you want licenses for only some of the employees in your organization, choose the Flexible User Pricing plan.


    If you wish to buy licenses for all the employees or your organization then, choose the All Employee Pricing plan.

  • I have employees who don't use a computer or mobile phone. Do I need a Zoho One license for those employees?

    No. The Flexible User Pricing plan is available for these situations. With this plan you can purchase the exact number of Zoho One licenses you need.If you have any questions, please contact us.

  • Are there long-term contracts?

    No, Zoho does not force you into any long-term contracts. The best price is available under an annual subscription, but monthly subscriptions are offered too.

  • Which payment methods do you accept?

    Payments for licenses are made directly to Zoho. Zoho accept online payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. 

  • Can I add or remove Zoho One licenses before my contract is up?

    Yes, you can add or remove licenses online. 


    After removing a license you can contact the Zoho payments team for an appropriate refund.

  • If my company is multinational can I pay in one currency for employees in one country and in a different currency for employees in another country?

    No, unfortunately this isn't possible. You must pay in the currency for the country in which you create your account. 

  • What happens if I'm on the All Employee Pricing but don't license Zoho One for every employee?

    If you are on the All Employee Pricing and Zoho sees that you don't have licenses for all of your employees, then Zoho will either have you add licenses for all your employees or move you to the Flexible User Pricing. As per Zoho's licensing agreement, Zoho reserve the right to terminate the use of Zoho applications for your organization, along with other possible actions. Please refer to Zoho's  license agreement and ensure that you understand the terms you are agreeing to. 


    If you don't want to buy licenses for every employee, you can choose Flexible User Pricing.

  • Do you offer discounts for Zoho One?

    Zoho One is priced to be affordable, so Zoho don't provide any further discounts. (Zoho One is already the best value business software on the planet.)

  • Does it cost me more to purchase Zoho Software via an authorized Zoho Partner like MicroSell?

    No. The pricing available though Zoho's Partners like MicroSell is exactly the same, and you are forming a business relationship with a team of business software specialists that are commited to you maximizing the value from your investment in the Zoho One platform.


    Working with a partner like MicroSell does not affect your ability to also engage Zoho directly as required.

  • Do we need to purchase minimum no. of user licenses?

    No. You need not have any minimum no. of licenses if you are in the Flexible User Pricing Plan. Incase you are in the All Employee Plan, you need to buy licenses for all the employees in your organization.

  • We have multiple divisions in our business. We operate independently across divisions but are part of the same registered entity. We don’t have control over software used in other divisions. Can Zoho One be licensed to just one division?

    Yes, Zoho One can be licensed to a single division. In this case, you can use Flexibile User Pricing.

  • I'm really sold on Zoho One, but I need to convince the rest of my team. Can you help me?

  • Can I license Zoho One for a subset of our employees and license other Zoho apps independently for other users?

    Yes. If you choose Flexible User Pricing, you can purchase Zoho One for as many of your employees as you'd like. You can then license additional Zoho apps separately.
