David Rowswell

 

MicroSell was founded in 1995, and is a pioneer in the CRM industry. MicroSell has installed many hundreds of CRM systems for companies large and small. Our principal consultant, David Rowswell has extensive experience and expertise with a wide variety of CRM systems and platforms. 

 


 

David has implemented and optimised industry leading CRM systems including Microsoft, Maximizer, SalesLogix/Infor, Zoho and others. He's designed solutions to support all kinds of business models, for companies selling all kinds of products and services, across a multitude of different industries.

 


 

David is a master at understanding complex business problems, processes and requirements, and designing elegant and effective solutions to enhance and improve business performance. This is a key differentiator that sets MicroSell apart from regular technology vendors.

 


Marius Mrugala

 

Marius is a seasoned professional that has implemented world class CRM and business automation systems. His experience is drawn from many years across numerous industries.


Prior to joining MicroSell, Marius was responsible for the implementation and development of a highly customized Salesforce CRM system for one of Australia's leading property developers. The system Marius built was responsible for the complete management from start to finish of hundreds of millions of dollars of business. The system handled Lead generation and management, sales conversions, contract management, stock management (house & land), variation requests, upgrades and commissions, after-sale (or no-sale) nurturing strategies.


Marius is a "hands on" guy with real world experience implementing various Zoho applications to solve problems and deliver business results. He thinks outside the box, and is a keen mathematician in his spare time.  .
