  • How do we work together?

    As our software and systems are all cloud based we work remotely. We use online video calls for our meetings and requirements gathering. 


    Implementation, customization and training is also performed online. With our online tools we can share our screen with you, or with your permission view yours. 


    Using the internet and working this way makes the process far more efficient and lowers the cost to you.


    Also with things like training we can record the session and give that to you, making it easier for you to on-board future staff members.

  • How does MicroSell charge for it's services?

    Typically our services are charged for on an hourly basis. This is because until your needs are defined in fine detail the scope of your requirements is unknown.


    The first and most important part of any CRM project is to define your requirements and set the scope. 


    No two implementations are identical. Every business has its own systems, policies, datasets, and management  requirements. Accurately discovering and defining of requirements can take considerable investigation and effort depending on the complexity of your requirements.


    Installing the system and turning it on takes just a few minutes. And that’s the easy part.


    Making it fit hand in glove to your needs, so that it's used and appreciated by your team, provides you control and insight to highly tune operational efficiency and maximize customer satisfaction and business profits, takes time and effort. It’s what we do best, and what will make the difference.


    We are able to provide fixed prices for the balance of a project once a sufficiently detailed project scope has been produced. 

  • Can you give me a fixed price?

    We can provide fixed pricing for a fixed service. For example, we have a simple fixed deployment price for a pre-defined set of basic deployment services. 


    The downside of a fixed price is that there may be many opportunities that arise where we could add real value to your business, but they would be outside the scope of the fixed deployment.


    We are able to provide fixed prices for the balance of a project once a sufficiently detailed project scope has been investigated and precisely documented. The detailed requirements and scoping document is to protect both parties from any potential misunderstandings which can easily occur without such a document.

  • How long will it take for my system to be up and running?

    The time it takes to implement your new system will vary based on the scope of your requirements, your ability to collect and supply information that we require to implement the system.


    For larger and more complex project we will often recommend introducing system capabilities in a phased approach.

  • How do you charge for your software?

    Most of our software offerings are subscription based. These are charged on a monthly rate per user, and you can often save a sizeable amount with an annual plan.

  • Do you offer a free trial of your software?

    YES, most of our software is available with a free trial so you can try it out before making any commitment.

  • Is my data safe?

    Rest easy, your data is safe. The software vendors that we work with have world class security and data storage facilities in the cloud.
